PRE CONDITIONER – A (Mixing Cylinder) (SS 304) with 5HP gear motor and steel hopper, take mixed Raw material and pour into Pre-conditioner-B
PRE CONDITIONER – B (Mixing Cylinder) (SS 304) with 5HP gear motor again conditioning raw material for better product output and pour Pre-conditioner-C
PRE CONDITIONER – C (Mixing Cylinder) (SS 304) with 5HP gear motor again conditioning raw material for better product output and pour into Extruder
EXTRUDER along with dyes, cutting system with gear motor, cooling head system with main motor and 2no gear motor SS hopper system extruder. Where conditioned raw material converts into product (Soya Bari) and transfer on Conveyor Belt
CONVEYOR BELT to air blower with gear motor, conveyor
AIR BLOWER With motor and steel hopper system
DRYER 3 TIER with heavy duty Mild Steel Channel Frame with MS sheet double wall gap filled with glass wool with main drive 3hp gear motor (three stage dryer)
COOLING CONVEYOR with gear motor motor for transfer final Soya Bari to conveyor belt
PACKING CONVEYOR BELT to air blower conveyor with gear motor Take Soya Bari and transfer to storage tank where you can fill your bag
